The controls are easy to use and it does a great job with toast or reheating things that don't do well in the microwave (fish, anything crispy, etc)

My $10 toaster does a better job

As noted in my title, this machine does a great job at cooking my English Muffins in the am, but it will not toast them on top completely

It does a fantastic job on Sunday evening frozen pizza

I liked that the bagels were actually browned, our old toaster oven didn't do that good a job of toasting
