It is great for pizzas when used with the Breville pizza pan

Buying a pizza pan would prevent this but there are other ovens that make the rack with a curved back to avoid this problem

We like that it can hold a 12" round pizza pan, that it has indicators on the front that show you where to place the rack for what you are cooking and that the crumb tray is very easy to pull out and clean

It's not quite as shiny as when we bought it, but probably because we don't really give it the scrubbing it deserves; we just clean out the tray at the bottom and wash the glass every now and then.

Baked items are equally as good as if there were in a normal sized oven

Works as it should.

The top gets very warm to hot as there is little or no insulation

Must be an electricity savings somewhere here as well as it's so efficient.

So if say you have a towel, or plate, or cutting board or really anything on the counter in front of it it will slam closed on your hand burning you as you reach in for your toast
