I do a really low volume of printing, but so far this has been a great machine

Personally, I LOVE my machine, but I don't print photos with it.

Good price, solid machine, lots of connectivity, reletivley fast for its price point

This 9330CDW machine is incredibly inferior and we were hoping that since it was still in the 9000 range of Brother machines that it would be a good replacement.

There is a slight delay of about 20 seconds when the machine is cold, I suppose that's to be expected.

I am tired of hearing everyone in the office complain how much they hate this machine so we are in the market for a new/better one after less than 4 months!

Excellent machine!

If I had known that, I would have looked elsewhere, or spent the money to fix my 10 year old Oki Laser that was an amazing machine but was starting to need $160 drums.

This is a hefty machine

paper curl- Wireless operation in my use was not particularly fast or perfectly reliable (I use on a wired network for this reason; USB also works great)In my small office, I have used this machine exclusively for a full year and plan to continue using it, though not exclusively, for awhile to come

If it is like the other Brother printers that I have owned then this will be another great machine that I will continue to use for years to come.

Was advised by several toner outlets to use only OEM for this, so as not to ruin the machine

Bang for buck, this is a good machine.

The printer is a good machine but don't buy one because Brother and Amazon rape you for printer supplies

I do a lot of work on Legal paper and this machine has had no issues with this.

For the most part its a good machine but in my case it lost its ability to connect wirelessly after 9 months.

Then they said the machine wasn't really made to work with VOIP, but there IS a VOIP setting for the fax

Some people report the machine being loud, or remaining running all the time, or at least a fan running

Great machine it has cut my work load in half

All functions work as they should

In the days ahead, the more I printed with it using the duplex the more frustrated I became as the unit continuously jammed- making the duplex unit not a "paper saver" as a lot of paper was wasted as it tried to reprint the jammed page over and over.

It works as if by magic ever 7th try, but outside of that trying to get it to do anything will not work
