In the days ahead, the more I printed with it using the duplex the more frustrated I became as the unit continuously jammed- making the duplex unit not a "paper saver" as a lot of paper was wasted as it tried to reprint the jammed page over and over.
That being said, there are a ton of other great features here.

Based on that experience I decided to jump on a great price for this MFC-9330CDW
Can't say I have anything bad to say about this printer at all especially since it has all the features I was looking for at a VERY reasonable and competitive price.
Easy to set up, so far works great ....love all it can do great price for color laser printer/ copier/scanner/fax!!!

The scanner works real well and has a ADF which is handy, but you will need to install the full printer application for it to work properly
The scanner is very fast (at least compared to what I'm used to which is an older Brother monochrome MFC), but again, you have to wire it to the computer
Is wireless, does duplex, fast scanner, and inexpensive aftermarket toner is readily available.

the biggest beef I have with these all-in-ones are crappy scanners and lousy wifi hardware.

We installed a $130 replacement fuser and it's working again, but the quality and durability of this printer is terrible.
The printer has decent print quality in both the color and B&W mode
I have had issues with the color being of poor quality and the printer saying consistently after printing just a few pages that the tray is empty even though the tray has over 150 sheets in it.

It does scan very well... but its not just $350 scanner... its a Laser Printer that can scan.i do not recommend this product if you are looking for a multifunction laser printer... however if you want a scanner, that can make dirty copies, you should buy it.
We received the product Nov 2016 & the printer constantly jams whenever I print regardless of the amount of pages
Otherwise, great product and still working great after about 6 months.
As I was referred to Brother from a friend who owns one, I to can say I would recommend this product.
So only buy this terrible product if you don't mind paying about 35 cents a page for 1000 or so pages, and then having to pay to get it fixed

The printer is a good machine but don't buy one because Brother and Amazon rape you for printer supplies
There is a slight delay of about 20 seconds when the machine is cold, I suppose that's to be expected.
I am tired of hearing everyone in the office complain how much they hate this machine so we are in the market for a new/better one after less than 4 months!
Personally, I LOVE my machine, but I don't print photos with it.
If it is like the other Brother printers that I have owned then this will be another great machine that I will continue to use for years to come.

Some pros and cons:THE GOOD:- Excellent B&W document printing quality- Great
As we search for solutions with Brother it is clear that our is not an isolated problem, others with Windows have the same problem as far back as Windows 7
It's a very good b&w printer
The only problem besides it being so noisy and slow on start up was that solid patches of color were no longer consistent even though I replaced the drum assembly a couple of years ago

The problem is, Brother makes it difficult to use other toner, you have to reset the cartridge manually, which is a crazy process.
The only downfall is it slow processing the print order, and when you print multiple copies of a document it needs to process each copy slowing down the print time.

The pages come out with black streaks on the page after multiple drum errors with one week after receiving the machine
We cleaned the corona wires on each toner cartridge and tried everything on the Brother Troubleshooting website regarding the Drum! error.
Spent a small fortune on new drums and toner, still giving drum error and toner empty errors

Update: It seems that my Brother color laser printer had a bad fuser.
I bought this printer 15 months ago and the fuser has just gone bad.
Parts are expensive, and the fuser after only about 5k pages has totally disinigrated and very expensive to replace (labor and supplies) cheaper to buy another
Would it have been a better experience if the fuser had not been bad in the first place

but it will not do transparencies and the manual feed gives me problem.
The internal rollers that manipulate the paper feed will overheat and start flaking large chunks of rubber.
I am disappointed with this printer because the color is poor and the feed is very strange - the paper does not feed smoothly at all.
