Add insult to injury, any time that there is less than 15-20 pages of paper in the printer, it will spit out many of them in the printing of just one page, and somehow it manages to print just a tiny bit of the printed page on all the bunched up pages

Within a week after setting up the new printer I ran out of black ink; the printer jammed when the paper tray was down to the last 15-20 pages and it tried to feed all remaining pages at once (making a loud noise that could be heard by people on the other end of the phone); and the scanner was remarkably slow and did not always feed the scanned documents straight, thereby causing a misfeed.
