I expected great things from this model as well, based on my prior experience, in addition to the hype included in the printer specifications

The only annoying thing is to EPSON software continually wants to down load software updates

Another plus to this not being a laser printer is the fact more things are compatible, like labels, vinyl iron-on designs, and several paper types (the laser is picky with some of my card stock I had bought a few years back).Printing speed is very fast, and it handles large jobs quickly, including copies

It was fast, issue free and prompted me to do important things like update the drivers on the printer panel

Junking this damn thing and going back to a HP printer in the near future.5.

Ink is expensive, and the damn thing only works 30% of the time

Though I can say many positive things about HP printers, I'm convinced they are the worst company in the world due to their ink cartridge monopoly & customer service

But this here is the best thing I have ever had

To make a good thing even better, the scanner works like a charm and the printer comes with full size cartridges so you can count on getting a lot of good usage.

After this continued happening, I had to print my sheets by putting 1 label or sheet of paper at a time, all because I didn't trust the sensor to grab only ONE.The positive thing I can say about this is that there was an error (...found out it was my fault)

Good thing I bought the extended warranty...
