I have used the scan option using the document feeder and it works fine.
Never received connection problem, even if receive any error, just open youtube and type model of epson directly solutions before you reach tech support 😂 because epson printers one of the best option all over the world

I just set up the printer and haven't bought cartridges yet, but it looks like this takes the T822 cartridges, which are currently $74.45 for a set of high capacity refills, or $54.45 for a set of regular refills (CMYB in both cases)
The cartridges are currently available via Subscribe 'n' Save, though, which will help with the price.
