I will say if you are looking for something for an RV or small apartment as I am in, this is the perfect size and print quality

I liked the small size and colors but it is ridiculously slow and I had to return it.

If you're looking to minimize on space, the size of this printer is amazing.

But because of its compact size, it is perfect for a dorm room, teen’s room or small home office.

Small, sleek, prints color, prints black and white, and I can easily print from my phone

It’s pretty color and fits my needs (fits in my small shelf)

I spent a LOT of time on the phone with HP support who needed a lot more assertion to help me than I felt should be needed.

I also added it to the HP Support Assistant on one computer

HP support was unable to solve the problem - told me it was a problem with my computer and my internet connection

I called HP support and tried all their troubleshooting methods

I was a "good consumer" and contacted HP support instead of Amazon

Which means, based on center of gravity, most pages fall off rather than sitting on the tray

It was up and running within a few minutes and prints nice clear pages

I have to reset the time on my watch like twice a week!

If time is not an issue, or if you're only printing 1 page then it's not a problem.

If you buy it, and it doesn't work, don't waste your time with HP support or HP replacement, just return it to Amazon.

Second, the printer had a very difficult time finding my network.

I had a hard time setting it up using the website online from the manual so went to use the cd and it worked just fine.

This is by far the worst printer I ever had, first day was able to print couple of pages next day wasn't printing anything even that everything was connected it never start printing, so on did online research and reinstalled the apps Windows and Android and worked again for another four pages wich took about five minutes to print, scanner is useless since you have to hold the paper while it starts and even though they never go in straight and copies come all crimped you can only do one at the time about one and a half min to scan an

Very slow printer and the paper leans over and doesn't have a good place to house the paper where it can stand up.

Doesn't pick up on wifi printing without having to be constantly reset, and now I can't clear a false paper jam after resetting

first u plug in and turn on the unit, download the app, connect the unit to your wi-fi, remove tape from both ink cartridges, snap in the grey (color ink) and black cartridge in their matching colored slots, pull out both the top & bottom paper trays (adjust the top tray for full size paper with the left light grey tab), then the printer should automatically print a sample

So you're wasting both paper and ink just to get basic information from your printer

Although you may want to read the fine print as this is yet another example of new technology requiring a slower internet connection

Connection problems all the time, setup problems, a real piece of garbage.

This POS worked twice and then lost the connection to my internet at school (I'm a teacher)
