Husband purchased from Best Buy for $5 more ($99-$15 recycle old printer) due to 1 reviewer stating will not print 2 sided in Word for Mac

Bought this at Best Buy after returning the 6968 and it had the same issue as the 6968, which was the auto document feeder always scanned with faint vertical lines on my scanned document.

My purchase was from a local Best Buy store, but am confident Amazon will be getting this.

Finally we went to the local Best Buy and bought a new All-in-one Brother laser printer, as soon as we plugged it in, it worked perfectly!!!

would like to return and select a HP printer that does a good job on photos as well, would like to exchange for a better unit that prints photo's as well

HP did an amazing job on this printer including the packaging.

and I have to say HP did a good job with their product.

Wireless functions flawlessly, easy setup, prints quieter than my last printer

Setup was simple and easy and I love the fact that it's wireless too.

No amount of restarting or even the hard reset HP support showed me earlier would make it go away

This printer is amazingly fast with excellent print quality and efficient ink use

The printer was easy to install and so far, has provided me with some good quality colour prints

It worked spotty with the free HP ePrint app but was more reliable when using Apple AirPrint

I like HP and the Instant Ink program, but now I think I'll follow the listed reviews and recommendations.

I highly recommend the HP 8720 as I haven't had any issues whatsoever with connections..

Brother printers ink cartridges are less expensive, but the printers themselves don't hold up as well as the HP.

so if you are lounging in the Cook Islands, sipping an adult beverage and suddenly realize you need to send a signed document permitting your neighbor to pick up your dog from the boarding facility before you get home, and you want your 3 page legal document concerning the pickup arrangements to be single sided...you can change the default setting of duplex to single sided printing and get the completed form to print in your home office for your sweet neighbor to grab on their way to the facility when the time is right

But the stupid printer is CONSTANTLY losing the wireless connection to my computer

The Hp Technical was able to improve the WiFi connection by performing reprogramming online

My one complaint is that it is quite a bit slower to print than my previous printer.

I did some bit of research after my 6-ish+ year old printer died and needed to get a new one.
