I enrolled in the ink program and am surprised it not only seems to save me money, but I no longer get the dreaded 'ink is expired' messages.

First HP6978 we got in Dec 2017 worked great for almost 6 months and then suddenly started giving various error messages -- hours wasted trying to fix it -- no solution found thru trouble shooting nor support -- and no warranty coverage for that

and then I receive the same useless message

A few weeks into my 'starter ink' I got a message that my printer was out of ink and it refused to print.

Now is giving the false message that I incorrectly turned it off

Sometimes when I print, and I'm usually in a hurry to run out of the door, the print is delayed because of a "Printer maintenance in progress, do not interrupt" message.

Works as you'd expect fro HP.Had hard time to install drivers

Now trying to replace the black ink and it won't accept the HP cartridge for this machine, very frustrating as I have a lot of printing to do

All of it works as it should and I highly recomend!!
