I love the idea of a big ink well that you fill once a year.

I sort of miss not having an automatic document

I liked that they warned you it could stain (especially as I did this on my dining room table, which I then protected well) and that you can’t mismatch the ink to receptacle.

The idea of refillable ink is good, but execution on the rest of it is not well done

I like the idea of not having to refill the ink for a couple of years

This printer from Epson does an impressive job when it comes to printing.

My printer, once adjusted for smudges and such, has done an excellent job so far

I also, as a photographer needed a printer that can do a reasonable job and photos.

Does a great job just a little slow with printing.

Excellent Printer - Ink usage is very good Have not printed pictures yet with it but based on all other printing the pictures should be excellent

When setting up the printer take your time and align the print heads for the best quality pictures.

The print quality is not crisp like my HP.Did not print pictures, I will update it in future

In spite of having to fill the ink tanks before use and the slow setup, I'm giving this five stars because it will save me so much money in the long run.

Setup was ridiculously fast and easy, the features are great, and the print quality is more than adequate for my needs

Setup was not that difficult but took me about a half hour.

Because of the poor quality ink, the ET-3700 is not shuitable as a photo printer

The best feature of this printer is what sets t apart from every other printer I've ever owned and that is the EcoTank ink system

The one big feature about the ET-2750 is the color ink tanks.

Some of my classmates bought a Cannon Pixma Super Tank Printer and they have already bought ink twice

On my ET-3600 I was worried about making a mess or putting ink in the wrong tank

Further, with the old system you could make the mistake of pouring inks into the wrong tank

There is no way to put the wrong color ink in the wrong tank because they are all keyed to prevent that.

It is now impossible to pour wrong color ink in the wrong tank (bottle nozzle and tank receptacles have unique keys for each color.

This has been perfect for my home business as I did not need a fax, but did need a good scanner and good picture and graphics printer.

The scanner and other features work well, as I said above, plus the over the air updated for the firmware are good too.

While this is a quiet, reasonably fast and nicely sized unit, (not too big), the scanner is terrible

The scanner on this printer is actually very good and does not seem like an afterthought

Using plain paper the print quality is great and printing is fast and generally quiet (there's also a quiet mode you can enable on the printer)

Crisp clear print but depth of color not as good as some5 stars for functionality: print, copy, fax, scan, remote and cloud printing, 2 sided prints.

Pour the wrong color ink into an ink tank and you've got a BIG problem

You will get exceptional color photos, from this printer, when printing on Premium Gloss Photo Paper (Kodak in our case)

This has got to be - hands down- the worst paper tray design I have ever

I would keep paper towels at the ready and lay plastic around the tanks

I can work a long cotton swab down into the area but attempts to pull it free seem likely to damage the plastic, and I doubt I could get another

The plastic of which the 2750 is constructed is not particularly rigid, and conducts noise when the printer is printing to a greater extent than other printers in the same price range

A week ago, it said it had a paper jam and now will not feed at all

Nice enough printer, don't have to buy expensive and small color cartridges.

I am so tired of paying a fortune for replaceable expensive ink cartridges, to the extent that one of the CEO's of a printer manufacturer said they could "give away the printers for free since they make all their money on the ink."This printer does away with all that and has so many added features, if it performs well in the next six months I will replace ALL our printers with this one

The cartridge- free ink is the main feature that attracted me to this printer, as I get tired of constantly replacing ink cartridges

The only good thing about this printer is elimination of expensive replacement ink cartridges.

Took forever to have it aligned and used a bit of ink cleaning and aligning the heads from the get go

The printer is a bit pricey up front, but well worth it when you factor in ink costs ( we were paying about $50 per ink cartridge set, this still is roughly the same price for another set of ink refill bottles that completely fill each tank).

I'd like to give it a better rating, but it has the following issues:- Poor linux support

The only reason I replaced my 20th HP is poor driver and software support but at least their all-in-ones cost $300 or less and give me a few years before the software is useless

If I could, I would rate this printer 4.5 stars (I virtually always find the 5 point scale inadequate to rate things accurately).

Both Canon laser printers fell at approximately $1,550 in our evaluation (the 731 was slightly lower due to its larger capacity cartridges and slightly more favorable price point per page).For inkjets, I evaluated an HP 8710 and a Canon Pixma G4200 as having comparable quality copying output, but the time it took to generate a copy was unacceptable

I wanted to avoid the sticker shock of ink cartridges a few months after buying a cheap printer - so I decided to buy an EcoTank

Unfortunately, I went a month or so without printing anything, and the ink clogged up the printer

Not having to worry about ink refills every month is great.

The old brand was much much cheaper, but every six months when I needed to print something I had to buy $50 worth of ink.

So if you are tired of printers with chips preventing you from refilling cartridges and want a good printer that is easy to use and refill with either factory or brand X ink inexpensive ink, strongly consider an Epson Eco-Tank printer.

This is the second brand new eco tank printer we have had to return.
