A week ago, it said it had a paper jam and now will not feed at all
-
Only worked for a couple months and then despite not having a paper jam, always said I had a paper jam
-
It seems in today's times there is enough knowledge and advancements that things like constant paper jams due to poor construction should be non-existent.
-
The scanner works well, the printer is fast, have had zero issues with wireless, and paper jams have been infrequent
-
However, I will never buy another HP product again due to their forced obsolescence, which felt like a move made in total bad faith, so I'm more than willing to put up with some paper jams here and there!
-
It is finicky, the paper has to be fed just right for it not to have a paper jam
-
Even if there is no paper jam
-
I haven't had the problems others have mentioned (so far), but I did have to clear a paper jam once, and it wasn't easy.
-
Removing a paper jam from the front is difficult
-
The sales rep tested this model for me in the store and the paper jammed - he couldn’t get it to feed from the paper tray.
-
I tried to use the automatic document feeder for a multi page scan, and it gave me "paper jam" message
-
paper jam, poor printing quality, micro screen needing magnifier to read
-
After one month, when told there was a paper jam I removed the pages and a roller piece came off with little plastic bits and small metal springs going all over the place.
-
It prints good color copies and I have had no problems with paper jams for scanning or copying
-
We've had very few errors, problems with drivers, paper jams, etc.
-
There is a removable panel at the back to clear paper jams!
-
The size of the printer (smaller that H/P) is nice however I would rather have better capacity for paper handling and faster copy speed7
-
The mechanisms work as if it is printing but the print head has stopped working and it delivers blank pages in spite of full ink supply and clean print head
-
Not only are they tanks but they hold a TON of ink, well not really a
-
I liked that they warned you it could stain (especially as I did this on my dining room table, which I then protected well) and that you can’t mismatch the ink to receptacle.
-
It works pretty much the same as with other Epson printers and installation was not too painful (A CD-ROM was included but there was a sheet of paper directing me to a URL to use instead to get the final version of the software)
-
Despite the cons, I would definitely recommend this printer as of now.(I will also note that I DID pay full price for this printer and received no compensation at all
