In spite of having to fill the ink tanks before use and the slow setup, I'm giving this five stars because it will save me so much money in the long run.

Initial setup was fairly easy for me, but I still occasionally have to troubleshoot why one device (we use PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Samsung devices) seems to lose the ability to print at times - and I often have to get into the router software, the printer configuration or the device configuration to resolve it.

The size of the printer (smaller that H/P) is nice however I would rather have better capacity for paper handling and faster copy speed7
