As others have already commented, a single interface consisting of a (somewhat larger) touch screen would have been a better design than the combination of a tiny non-touch screen and the hard-to-use push-button panel.

While no printer is perfect, Epson has hit the mark with this well-designed and user-friendly printer.

The Epson EcoTanks are an outstanding idea, and a great way to get away from cartridges.

I really liked the IDEA that the ink would last longer and be cheaper in the long run than other inkjet printers, but since the printer rarely works, the ink that came with the printer will last a lifetime

Overall I love the idea of the tank printer so that there is no need to buy cartridges to almost immediately replace the low capacity starter cartridges that are included with most printers.

Setup is typically clunky, wish they would do it through some sort of App instead of having to tread the tedious waters on the on printer menus and its tiny 1.4” screen, though this is typical of most printers in this class.

But once setup, it’s easy to print from your phone, tablets or computers.

The Epson 2 software is junk, just finding it is difficult as there are no instructions on how you obtain it or that it is even available to use unless you find it online and download it
