Too used to touch screens, but I can deal with it.- Slow software.

The software, once installed, is very limited in what it can do, or even interwork with other programs, to get print jobs done

However, I am trying to get the scanner set up and the software it is telling me to install is not working

Printing companies must have the worst software and hardware engineers, i guess if i were one i wouldn't want to work on designing printers either

I like the fact that these printers seem to use less ink than some of Epson’s rivals, however; the software on this product is absolutely horrible

The Epson 2 software is junk, just finding it is difficult as there are no instructions on how you obtain it or that it is even available to use unless you find it online and download it

Very frustrating as that's why I got a wireless printer

From there, everything just works as it should - printing, copying, and scanning
