It's a great machine, but a touchscreen would be nice for a modern printer.
-
We bought an Epson printer for our son a few years ago and it is a great machine and still going strong
-
Buying a cheaper machine and then buying it over and over again in the cost of cartridges is a stupidity tax, IMHO
-
My wife home school's this machine is Amazing!
-
The other machine is MUCH faster - about 22-30ppm (depending on the complexity of the print), compared to less than 10ppm on this machine - so when I need a big job done (like when we're printing out one of my manuscripts for hard-copy editing
-
But the machine doesn't operate well with a direct connection as it should
-
From the research I did and the reviews, I thought this printer was going to be a solid, simple machine that only needs to do 2 things for me, print and scan.
-
By the time you make it to the paper tray the 30 seconds you would have saved on the faster machine are meaningless
-
So for a small office, this is an awesome machine
-
Very frustrating as that's why I got a wireless printer
-
From there, everything just works as it should - printing, copying, and scanning
