This is an excellent printer and scanner.
-
The only flaw is the scanner only goes up to 8.5x11 inches (actually A4 size, 11.69 inches) - it can not copy/scan a legal size document.
-
The scanner seems more sensitive to jamming than the old Canon, but I haven't used it enough to draw any real conclusions
-
The scanner and other features work well, as I said above, plus the over the air updated for the firmware are good too.
-
The scanner works well as does double sided printing.
-
Nice printer/scanner/copier.
-
Could not find that scanner was supported by Epson; had to go online to find suitable scanner software
-
The scanner and other features work well, as I said above, plus the over the air updated for the firmware are good too.
-
The scanner is a joke from the previous millennium
-
Scanner works great - I normally just prefer to use the standard Mac or Windows drivers, but I like the scanning software that comes with the printer, as it includes OCR, and it scans to PDF (the latter is not an issue with Mac, as it comes baked-in to macOS)
-
Scanner trouble.
-
Other than that it is not user friendly, the scanner is extremely sensitive and jams everyday
-
The worst scanner quality I have ever seen
-
This has been perfect for my home business as I did not need a fax, but did need a good scanner and good picture and graphics printer.
-
The scanner works great.
-
The scanner is good as well
-
This printer apparently can't handle such a simple task(probably because of the cheap scanner).
-
The scanner is very good but don't expect to do anything larger than a letter size page.
-
The scanner on our last printer was awful
-
The scanner on this printer is actually very good and does not seem like an afterthought
-
Scanner is amazing.
-
The scanner is a complete joke, it belongs on a $50 printer
-
This printer has a less that satisfactory scanner
-
While this is a quiet, reasonably fast and nicely sized unit, (not too big), the scanner is terrible
-
This scanner is crazy good!
-
The flatbed scanner worked as advertised and did an almost perfect reproduction of some brochures that I had lying around
-
The scanner works well even though you have to scan one document/photo at a time
-
The scanner works well, the printer is fast, have had zero issues with wireless, and paper jams have been infrequent
-
My prior Epson Workforce units, sadly discontinued, had reliable and faster scanners.
-
Nice compact printer scanner copier
-
The mechanisms work as if it is printing but the print head has stopped working and it delivers blank pages in spite of full ink supply and clean print head
-
Not only are they tanks but they hold a TON of ink, well not really a
-
I liked that they warned you it could stain (especially as I did this on my dining room table, which I then protected well) and that you can’t mismatch the ink to receptacle.
-
It works pretty much the same as with other Epson printers and installation was not too painful (A CD-ROM was included but there was a sheet of paper directing me to a URL to use instead to get the final version of the software)
-
Despite the cons, I would definitely recommend this printer as of now.(I will also note that I DID pay full price for this printer and received no compensation at all
