I've had it a few weeks, and so far, not one paper jam or problem.

Since it was a few weeks after the one year warranty expired, I was out of luck.

The second time (same problem), the fix lasted 2.5 weeks

I use it strictly for personal use and not too heavy use... probably a few uses a week, so enough to need a printer but not enough for something too heavy duty.

These ink tanks last less than half as long as my Canons, and I was printing heavy color block charts pretty much every month with those!Within a week or two of installing a new tank, I get a "low ink" message every time I print

To update I am in grad school and printing like crazy - probably 250 pages/week, and upgraded the instant ink to a higher plan.
