Do yourself a favour and spent the extra money on a quality cheap printer, many printers can be hard for under 100 or so and are 100% worth the extra money invest compared to this borderline scam..

I have followed every set of instructions from Canon and Google, however the printer cannot seem to register for any cloud printing on either the Canon cloud print service nor the Google Cloud print service.

I have never had such a hard time getting a printer installed and working

I have repeatedly attempted to scan 10 pages and it pulls multiple pages, when it works that is, half the time the "image garden" wont even load.

Works perfect, but made as well as I though it should have been.

Extremely satisfied that they owned up to the issues, and I have one that works, with fresh ink cartridges, too :)

Here is the good (which does not in my mind outweigh the bad):A) the copy function is very good and clear - (although it is good only a4 and ltr)B) the driver and app is very good (to MacOS High Sierra)C) very lightweight - easy to change location (even up the stairs)

The worst part of this printer is that it does not make it easy to load the paper--either it's too far inside or not far enough--and it jams if you do it wrong

Because the printer constantly loses connection with our WIFI network.

So connection is easy without adding more Bluetooth on my phone.

If the device loses a network connection, it requires you to completely setup again

I got a new one and this printer still looses connection.

Then I had to keep entering in the wifi information to see if that would give it a stable connection

When you pull the paper jam out and knocks the print header out of alignment.

Paper constantly jams couldn't even get it to print one thing for me.

Piece of garbage stopped working and gave an error message to contact Service Center

I followed all instructions the printer came with to set it up to Google Cloud

So my Mac is connected, over to my Chromebook to set up Google Cloud print, which is done through the Chromebook settings with a final confirmation on the printer

So if you have a chromebook you have to hit the settings on the printer and register the printer to google cloud

We have a chromebook, and this is supposed to be google cloud print ready

I use a Chromebook and bought this because it was a Google Cloud printer.
