I love the wireless printing and the glitch-free functioning
The basic functions of the printer work well -- scanning, printing -- but it is unbelievably frustrating how often I have to tinker and play around with the computer and printer to get it working again.
I have used the scanning function, very accurate and helpful
The wireless function is so great you would think it were connected via wire
Have followed customer service guidelines to avoid errors, and will next try a firmware update but after 2+ hours of troubleshooting the most basic of this product's supposed functions have lost any support for HP and its home copiers.

And this resolution actually was from HP's tech support person
HP support forums and company Tech Support have been useless in resolving the problem, and judging by the thousands of dissatisfied
For months I would troubleshoot with tech support and they would get it working, but the very next time I would go to print, it wouldn’t, so we’d troubleshoot all over again
The tech support website is a circular exercise that brings you to nowhere
Long story short, after 3 1/2 hours with tech support, they were finally able to get my printer up and working.

Seriously..I generally just pay for things and expect a decent value for what I've paid for
Do not waste your time with this product or any HP products as they are just terrible
Good value, great print, but don't expect to plug it in and immediately start printing with your wireless devices
I cleaned everything as they recommended and still nothing.
AND it might have been a great value if not for the fact that it eats ink like crazy, and then won't allow you to use a refilled cartridge or non-HP cartridge, so you are basically forced to pay for HP's very expensive new ink cartridges, which then don't last very long at all

I cleaned everything as they recommended and still nothing.
Not only is it frustrating to use, but because of the number of attempts I must make to have a usable copy- assuming I might finally get one, the waste of ink is unacceptable and expensive.
It's utterly infuriating and a complete waste of my time and money

I had to manually clear the print queue after each attempted print, so evidently there was a software issue as well as a hardware issue
I cleaned everything as they recommended and still nothing.
If you use any other brand other than HP ink cartridge, after so many pages, HP has designed their wireless software to freeze your printer saying the cartridge is not compatible, forcing you to buy their expensive HP ink

Also, the scanner does NOT work well for pencil on white paper; even after using the tools to adjust the contrast, it couldn't see a lot of the lines on the items I was scanning
I looked it up on the internet and sure enough lots of people had the same issue and replacing ink doesn't work

I am never buying another HP product for as long as I live, I've had bad experiences with this company before but this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
That is my latest in a line of poor experiences with this printer.
The whole experience has completely soured my opinion of all HP products, and I won't be buying more any of them in the foreseeable future.

I just spent the past hour trying everything from turning on/off the printer, unplugging, trying different recommended trouble-shooting actions, and it's still not printing.
I tried two new cartridges, cleaned the printheads and did everything else the HP trouble shooting page told me to but it still doesn't print.
I tried working through the trouble shooting options, but still no luck
I went online and downloaded the latest driver and followed other trouble shooting instructions
So, he went on-line with HP and checked trouble-shooting
