One thing I don't like is that even in "Best" quality printing, the printer seems to leave faint yet visible lines through color photo prints, between the lines of ink

Luckily, I dumbed the quality down, so it didn't jam, but it was such a hassle

I was already pretty unhappy with it because of the poor quality printing new year's postcards - the physical design of the paper feed means that it is not consistent in aligning small items like postcards, they came out with skewed layouts and looked bad

The paper tray does not slide back into place easily, and the overall quality of the product seems very poor.

This printer was exactly what I was looking for fast easy and good quality!!

The quality of the scans of pictures are good enough to be printed out, and scanning documents to your computer is very easy

Do not waste your time with this product or any HP products as they are just terrible

I cleaned everything as they recommended and still nothing.

However, right out of the box the printer was scratched up as if it was a refurbished model
