Just one little thing....you will always be working on it, talking to tech support, re-installing, etc

The printer simply will not maintain a network connection, and HP Tech Support is silent on the matter other than to suggest a driver re-install each time

I called HP tech support and they tell me it's too old and out of warranty

For months I would troubleshoot with tech support and they would get it working, but the very next time I would go to print, it wouldn’t, so we’d troubleshoot all over again

The tech support website is a circular exercise that brings you to nowhere

WORST printer with the WORST tech support

Long story short, after 3 1/2 hours with tech support, they were finally able to get my printer up and working.

One hour on my own, 3 1/2 hours with tech support.....4 1/2 hours to install a simple printer?

And this resolution actually was from HP's tech support person
