I had to return the printer as there was a hardware issue.

I think there is an unresolved hardware issue with this item.

I had to manually clear the print queue after each attempted print, so evidently there was a software issue as well as a hardware issue

Scanner does not work look like hardware issues use for printing only wireless support ok

Do not waste your time with this product or any HP products as they are just terrible

I cleaned everything as they recommended and still nothing.

However, right out of the box the printer was scratched up as if it was a refurbished model
