    • and it refuses to operate unless it has genuine ink (which it does)
    • Then, this thing drinks ink like a thirsty man in the desert.
    • It prints nothing but blank pages - I've replaced the ink, cleaned the print heads, updated the software, bought brand new ink cartridges and tried again and nothing.
