Everything is blown out when scanned.

Very easy to set up, printing is excellent and scanning is easy to figure out.

The scan still works great but it will not print nor copy

I have to admit that the scanning of color photos was excellent, and the re-printing of the color photos was excellent on special paper, but alas it does not print anymore.

The scanner easy to use, but the software splits the scan sometimes but easy to work around.

For some reason, maybe it is me, in the Easy Scan, I do not see the option for a scan to PDF

The basic functions of the printer work well -- scanning, printing -- but it is unbelievably frustrating how often I have to tinker and play around with the computer and printer to get it working again.

Or, use the HP Easy Scan application on your computer and do it from there

However, if you're looking for something more robust, faster and more versatile (duplex, bulk scanning, etc.) then I'd skip this particular one

This HP, however, the scanning is fast, the printing is fast

Now the machine freezes when scanning and the same with copying.

Decent scanning

The scanning work greats, but after a year it has stopped printing.

I have used the scanning function, very accurate and helpful

It won't print 90% of the time, the scan one day quit working and I can't get it back

Pros:Printing, scanning and copying works as expected

Do not waste your time with this product or any HP products as they are just terrible

I cleaned everything as they recommended and still nothing.

However, right out of the box the printer was scratched up as if it was a refurbished model
