This printer has a problem almost every time I use it: poor printing quality that necessitates printer head cleaning and document reprinting (almost every time!), insistence on duplex printing despite changing the settings, lost connections to Mac devices, and on and on.

Extremely disappointed in the poor quality of this item.

Great print quality and was easy to set up for wireless printing

However, within 6 months the ink appeared to always be smudged and of poor quality regardless of how many times I cleaned the print heads.

With this, you get a really good quality image, but it's still ink being absorbed into the paper rather than fused on

The bottom line is that I think I'd choose this over my laser printer if I were starting from the beginning and had no printer at all due to the multi-functionality of this device, much lower initial outlay, very good quality, and impressive speed

I can print from multiple wifi devices and the quality is excellent.

The printer worked fine in the beginning and was of decent quality.

It has some tricks to learn that my old printer did not have and is more sophisticated but the quality of print is very good and the quality of color is very good

I have setup windows share on Windows machine as well as on my router and nothing works
