The copies look perfectly fine at this point, but the printer locks up and will not print if you don't change the cartridges first

I have not tested the fax capabilities yet, but the printer produces good prints and copies, and the color accuracy of the scans is superior to my old Brother all in one and a previously owned HP all in one.

Don't care about faxing, but the copy, scan and print features are all working well from both a Mac platform and a Windows 10 platform, wirelessly

And the BEST feature is how much you can print with the ink cartridges and how affordable the replacement cartridges are!

I bought extra ink for it, non OEM, because Epson ink costs more than the actual printer itself and lets face it, no one ever buys OEM ink anyway...and it worked very well for the first "day"after that it just literally stopped working with color completely, which bummed me out because this is for school work which sometimes requires colored pages

If you use any of the "hacks" on the internet to make it work without color cartridges....you will ruin your print head

Will not support this company in the future especially after the rep told me that in order to fix the wireless printer i would need to purchase an additional cable that they don't include because it would be to expensive for them!

This WF2760 is now waiting to go out with next week's trash, and I have purchased another HP from Amazon

The wifi does not work as it should, epson could not figure out how to make it work, they don't now how there own printers work

Total garbage, purchased for business, things started failing left and right after about two months of use

So far this has proved to be a great purchase for the money.

Printing from mobile – either by the Epson iPrint app (which you can also trigger prints via NFC, or by Google Cloud, Airprint, etc.

Decent A-I-O printer and prints well.

Upon completion, you can print a network connection report, which also lists the current IP address to use to connect to the web interface and setup other features such as Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print.

At this point it prints fine from the PC, from iOS using AirPrint, from Google Cloud, and from an email sent by anyone to the printer

Epson sent us a replacement printer that suffered the same issue months latter

Epson will use this as a gateway drug to whore out their ink cartridges

Epson has intentionally set up their printers to require replacement of their expensive color ink cartridges even when you only want to print using black.

Do not buy this printer unless you want to purchase overpriced authentic Epson cartridges; they are the only ones that will work!

I put in different cartridges of new ink and none of them work

I suspect the reason is that the printer uses the wireless router to notify me that I might want to purchase ink cartridges from Epson every 15 minutes or so, whether we're using the printer and not and even if we've just installed fresh cartridges

This wouldn't be so disappointing if the ink itself was not so expensive.

I only hope there is good generic ink for it, as the Epson ink is too expensive.

I have owned so many other printers and this Epson is an incredible color ink

My only complaint would be how quickly it uses ink and how expensive the ink is to purchase

I clean the nozzle head a few times and did the horizontal and vertical alignment

but as soon as I opened it I found that it leaves big huge white streaks across the ink and text no matter how many times I clean the printer head

I personally cleaned the precision core printer head once on the replacement printer to get it going again but the 2nd time it failed the cleaning did not help

Even then, it still might give me the same error a second time in a row

When it comes to printing out a barcode there is an invisible line running through the barcode.

Purchased to print checks mostly and it misses lines on everything printed!!

I didn’t have a use for the fax function because I do that via an email service, but if you have a hard phone line it will handle that too

Also error messages regarding phone line present most of the time

Everything worked even though I was getting that message and after calling my cable company and the Epson hot line, I finally just hit exit and the message went away.
