The 2-sided printing works seamlessly, and it makes great copies

The copies look perfectly fine at this point, but the printer locks up and will not print if you don't change the cartridges first

Only plus is that it delivers a decent copy and there are very few machines that offer the printer/scanner/fax options any more.

It would not print a good copy of anything and the scanner for the fax pages quit working soon after I got it

I purchased this in September got it set up in a couple weeks after that and have never actually gotten a good copy out of it I paid for printing cartridges somebody to come and service it it just doesn't work!

Prints great copies, but terrible photos on photo paper

I start using printer and he couldn't make a copies of any paper even after a month after,Totally waste of money I can't​ return bcuz return date expired,Not recommend at All

I have not tested the fax capabilities yet, but the printer produces good prints and copies, and the color accuracy of the scans is superior to my old Brother all in one and a previously owned HP all in one.

I have used this printer for only a week and thus far, I have only used the copy, print and scan functions which worked perfectly giving clean crisp copies

The copies of color photos are a bit grainy but acceptable for just reference copies.

One small drawback is the sheet feeder; it doesn't seem to like accepting single copies which means I have to add a blank sheet if I want to use it.
