great little printer...excellent value for the money--fits my needs and compact

Great value for the money, easy setup, compact footprint, quiet operation
The printer is a good value and was easy to set up (using a different desktop computer to load the drivers and set up the wireless connection), but I had difficulty setting up the Google Cloud Print using Samsung's SyncThru Web Service.
The best value I have ever seen in a mono laser printer.

As long as you have the correct file/installer, you will have an inexpensive, compact, laser printer at a great price
My only HUGE problem with this printer is the price of the toner
But the price is right, and my color printer has the scanner/copier.

Pros - Cheap, superb print quality for documents, quick to setup, google cloud print, compactCons - expensive toner (almost as costly as the printer), poor image
Prints very clear text, but the quality of graphics is poor (even when I have the printer settings set at "high quality").
Printer is fine, not the best quality print, but for general purposes works fine.
Lastly, the most important quality is missing, the print quality is not good, it prints quite light, so thinking it was the paper I purchased Samsung compatible

Set it up works great with my Samsung Note 4 fablet and it only took like 15 minutes
The near field printing works great with our phones (super easy instructions to set that up as well).
Overall it is working great, have not had any problems so far and would definitely recommend this printer.
Much cheaper than previous models and works just as well.
It takes forever to join the configured WiFi network, it leaves it randomly, and requires a ton of irritating work to get it to actually join long enough to be printed on.

This is the worst garbage software I have ever seen on a printer in my life
Easily print from my Apple or Android phones and tablets, as well as from my Lenovo or MSI laptops!
I like this but the software for a mac is a pain something like 3
I bought this printer based on all of the positive reviews, but they must be mostly fake because this company Samsung is completely incompetent, their software is full of bugs, it does not work.
This makes it a good choice for the home office as well as for college students and young households on a budget

Easy to install through a wireless network, only thing that I wish this little laser print to had was a network connector (it only connected through a USB 2 and WiFi for set up the printer).
The most important thing I learned is you must have an alternate method for connecting your printer to your WiFi network.

Edit several months later:After almost giving up on this, Samsung seems to have fixed the drivers and it is working very well now, not losing the wireless connection like it was
Samsung SL-M2020W/XAA does a great job, but wireless connection to apple devices and windows devices hasn't been 100% reliable.
And, when it is working, printing is extremely slow even on a good broadband connection.
It also lost the wifi connection all together on my phone which I use the most
I don't know how many times I've lost the wifi connection, and every time I do I have to set up the printer again to get it back

Purchased for Google Cloud Print compatibility, for Chromebooks
Once it is set up any computer can access it through google cloud print
I can print from my phone using Google cloud print or any computer when logged into google
