The software doesn't work and will not allow me to change printer settings

I bought this printer based on all of the positive reviews, but they must be mostly fake because this company Samsung is completely incompetent, their software is full of bugs, it does not work.

Getting the right software to download was a little annoying, because I have a 2012 iMac without the disc drive, so I had to get the software from the website

This is the worst garbage software I have ever seen on a printer in my life

Included software enable reconnection easily when network lost due to power outage or other temporary internet connection problem.

Bundled software was useless.

Unless you absolutely need a network computer I would recommend letting your computer manage it without Samsung's lousy software and print away.

Easily print from my Apple or Android phones and tablets, as well as from my Lenovo or MSI laptops!

I downloaded Samsung Print app on my Note 2 and was able to quickly NFC print as well as via wifi.

This makes it a good choice for the home office as well as for college students and young households on a budget

The printer is elegant and compact, and does the job as well as you'd expect for the price.
