Good price, but you have to create a full Brother account for them to even tell you that they don't provide cables
The HLL5100DN is a nice printer at a very good price point
I recommend them because they can use high volume toner cartridges which I get from a reputable supplier with good non-brand name products at an extremely reasonable price
This is a fast and reasonably priced printer for a small office.

You might look elsewhere, but good luck on that as most reviewers report the same kind of problems on all of these printers.

After SO much wasted time, I have concluded that Brother is being cheap and lazy and including a generic manual with many different printer models, leaving the user to decipher which model corresponds to which part of the instructions
