Samsung Xpress M2020W Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer with Simple NFC + WiFi Connectivity, Amazon Dash Replenishment Enabled (SS272H)

    • This thing is small and works great
    • The funny thing is I knew this would be a problem because Samsung software is
    • This thing is dirt cheap, has bluetooth, nfc and wireless printing, i tested all and they work great
    • I hate this thing.
    • I picked this printed because I wanted one that did one thing well, without hassle or needless complication
    • The other great thing is this prints very fast
    • We replaced a "mopier" that was easily twice the size, and have not missed a single thing.
    • This thing is a pain in the ass.
    • I hate this stupid thing
    • The poor thing finally started having some issues, and I found that I needed to buy me a new one
    • This thing is PERFECT
    • The weirdest thing is the power button light..
    • Really the worst thing though is that the customer service is absolutely terrible
    • The most important thing I learned is you must have an alternate method for connecting your printer to your WiFi network.
    • When it works, it is awesome but the key thing about this printer is WHEN IT WORKS
    • This thing is hilarious and awesome at the same time.
    • Perfect & small enough to have on your home office desk, this thing is easy to hook up, highly efficient & easy on the budget
    • I HATE HATE HATE this thing
    • So this thing is useless on the road or out of your home or office.
    • Alright so crazy things happen right
    • The worst thing about every other printer I've ever had is that so many times you click "Print
    • It's a good thing I had my laptop, because this option cannot be done with a chromebook!
    • It does one thing - prints clear, quality black and white text documents
    • however Im still not sure how to work this thing
    • Easy to install through a wireless network, only thing that I wish this little laser print to had was a network connector (it only connected through a USB 2 and WiFi for set up the printer).
    • Only thing is its annoying when I run out of paper because I have to turn it off and on again, plus start over the printing project
    • This thing fires up pretty quickly - it slightly flickers the lights plugged into the same power strip a bit so it must be pulling quick slugs of serious current here and there.
    • The delay in calling them was my own fault, setting a user name and password at the SyncThru site instead of just using the default was not necessary and frowned upon in the instructions, my clicking the "hide IP" button there was also a bad thing
    • I bought another (foolish me) and the same thing started happening within months of purchasing.
    • This thing is junk
    • Also the Samsung sync website has a booby trap button, which if you click it hides the printer's IP address which really fouls things up
    • Seriously, what the heck is the point of WPS connecting to a network if your connected printer CANNOT DO A DAMN THING until you hardwire connect it via USB anyway? So, to sum up: It is NOT able to use Wireless Protected Setup to setup the printer, it is NOT able to use Google Cloud Print without a PC or Mac connected via USB and thus is NOT Google Cloud Print "Ready" as it claims, and if you only have a Chromebook you are SCREWED.
    • There's a really odd thing about this printer:
    • Once you update the drivers, this thing works great
    • Perfect for the odd thing I need to print out, and is nice and
    • I love how compact this thing is and I love that a replacement cartridge is $30.- and unlike ink toners this one will not clog up
    • This thing always jams.
    • But this one won't even hook up, wifi (unsecure visitor, 2.4G or 5G) or by direct USB -- nada.
