Terrible printer - keep getting slide green tab on drum unit(to clean corona wire) worked for awhile but back to sameproblem

Unfortunately I don't want to waste color ink on crumbled copies, so I can't attest to the color print quality.

This rating is both for the printer issue of "Print Unable E1" and for customer service support of this product when talking to them about this error

If you print from an Android phone (Galaxy S7 Edge in my case) and do not use the Brother Print & Scan (instead using the default built-in samsung print with brother plugins installed) it will hang the printer with the Print Unable E1 error
