For this printer, perhaps I'm grading harshly, but it just seems to be a good and solid device but nothing spectacular and therefore it doesn't give me much reason to rate it more highly than a solid "I like it"
Brilliant printer, after having an HP inkjet and all the frustration that went with it, this printer is just amazing, Good crisp lines and color along with fast printing speed, Excellent and very very happy, well worth the investment.

Fantastic!I've used Xerox professional products for quite a few years now (including the 5000, 700, WC6545, 75, and iGen 150), so Xerox is a product I know thoroughly and prefer.

Quality is very poor, anything printed comes out blurry and looks bad
I will praise that the quality of the printed items is superior to our previous printer; but unfortunately the ink costs are significant greater, as well.
It worked with the thin cheap quality envelope that get wrinkled after going through the printer.
You get what you pay for in this case - a poor quality machine lacking any meaningful support
I think Xerox printer are the best quality printers out there.
Worked as it should and the instructions where easy to follow.
At this pricepoint, the Xerox 6027 Printer is a reasonable value, though lacking some important features I would prefer in a multifunction printer
Big multi-function printer lacking a couple features many businesses need
My favorite feature is the AirPrint function, which is a lot more convenient than the wireless printing features on various older model printers that also require a specific app to be installed before things can be printed
Back then I was looking for a replacement for an Epson Ink-jet printer that had fouled up print heads (the ink had gummed it up) and I had decided to buy a color laser printer if I could find one that hit all of the right features.
Slow printing speed and regularly does not wake up from sleep, requires full restart
I Definitely would not recommended this printer for the person that is going to be making hundreds of copies a day, but if you are looking for a multi-function laser printer that has great print quality from a trusted brand, your search ends here.

I really hate this printer, it has fewer than 100 prints and it already behaves like a very spoiled child, sometimes it doesn't work, just because it does not want to, or because of a suden "low density cartridge" (from a new cartridge mind you), or it does not like the paper I loaded, or

We use our printer infrequently, but when we do we don't want to fiddle with missing ink jets.
Don't use cheap third-party dry ink (aka toner) cartridges.
But here is the kicker, the genuine ink is ALMOST the SAME PRICE as a new machine!
It comes up with a low color density issue, meaning the ink it stores inside the printer is depleted
This one we bought keeps giving us a Toner Low Density Error
then, when toners needed replacing, all cartridges showed low density error on screen
I have again use the replacement printer a very few times and today it again is giving me a low density error on the yellow cartridge

The first one started giving me low density error on the yellow cartridge very early
