Great buy!!

This was one of the best buys of the year: copier, scanner, fax and color printer at a fantastic price.

This is a great buy for any small business.

I sent it back and bought a Canon from Best Buy.

I have reverted back to HP 4100 series B/W printers for offices, as they just work, and this thing has been a nightmare after the updates..
