I do a fair amount of printing (a lot of regular docs, but also diagrams and QR/barcodes, so I need decent quality) and was so tired of buying ink cartridges for my desk jet

Quality of the printouts look great!

It worked with the thin cheap quality envelope that get wrinkled after going through the printer.

Color prints are decent, but not quite superior photo quality.

I Definitely would not recommended this printer for the person that is going to be making hundreds of copies a day, but if you are looking for a multi-function laser printer that has great print quality from a trusted brand, your search ends here.

For this printer, perhaps I'm grading harshly, but it just seems to be a good and solid device but nothing spectacular and therefore it doesn't give me much reason to rate it more highly than a solid "I like it"

Fantastic!I've used Xerox professional products for quite a few years now (including the 5000, 700, WC6545, 75, and iGen 150), so Xerox is a product I know thoroughly and prefer.
