Some plastic part must have bent or broken because it displays a paper jam when the paths are clear.

With this Brother, I can print all 73 copies at one time, with no paper jams

If you like extremely slow printing speeds, paper jams every 1-2 prints, a clunky interface and an overall horrible printer this is the perfect one for you

With the previous HP OfficeJet Pro, I would have to print 10 copies at a time to prevent paper jams

Then, did not print because "there was a paper jam" and all the cavities were clean as the cleanest

Mine was installed within 1 hour - including the paper jam issue and installing some useful, optional software.

It is easy to correct paper jams in the upper tray have yet to have that issue in the 2 months I have had it

BTW don't update the firmware as it can mess with generic ink cartridges.

Printer works as it should - the only complaint is that we have to turn on and off every time we want to print wirelessly.

The print quality is fine, and it is as slow as has been reported in other reviews

I'm also disappointed that Brother phone and chat support is not at least available for some hours on Saturday, just M-F.
