One really positive note that made me give this 4 stars instead of 3 - the installation software did not add any unwanted additional software programs to my PCs.

Mine was installed within 1 hour - including the paper jam issue and installing some useful, optional software.

BTW don't update the firmware as it can mess with generic ink cartridges.
