Numerous times I resolved the issue for my wife (she has a Chromebook, so you have to jump through numerous hoops to use Google's "cloud print"), but only after a good half hour of messing around

I mostly print Word docs, but the few times I've printed pictures, they turn out nice enough to put on the fridge (get a fancy photo printer if you want art gallery quality)

My Canon printer went (dreaded B200 error and after trying multiple things nothing short of maybe buying a print head would fix it and not even sure that would so instead of taking that chance it was time to buy a new printer) after 6 years of intermittent use and I cannot fault it after that long a period of time
