    • Brother support would not do anything when I called after the diagnostic and I let them know if I have to pay $200 to fix this printer after spending $100 on a new
    • Initially I had some problems of light print and called the Brother support line
    • I called Brother support and spent two hours jumping through hoops like firmware update, software upgrade, uninstall, reinstall, restart and still the problem exists.
    • I spent one hour on the phone with Brother support.
    • I thought it would go away after a couple of weeks, but when it didn't and multiple clients kept asking if something was burning in the office, I had to call Brother Support
    • I struggled with this as it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the setup manual, but a quick call to brother support solved it.
    • Brother support says that it was designed this way.
    • I purchased this printer in July from Amazon, replaced it with a new printer in October from Brother and in December it still doesn't work properly and Brother support basically said, too bad, deal with it
