I don't know why people are having Wifi connection problems or deep sleep problems.

The LCD was too small and too dim for me to read and the wireless connection to my mac and pcs was lost.

Most import ones are the stable ethernet connection and double-sided printing

they are all but useless, telling me all the crap about loss of data and unreliable wifi connection.

Does anyone else have problems with this printer losing connection when used with wifi?

The printer is amazing - every single feature - except it constantly loses connection to the network.

so that I hit the 5 second slots where there's good connection, in between the vast swathes of time where my network is, apparently, utterly incapable of transmitting or receiving any kind of data

But sometimes it loses connection over wifi.

I finally went online and got detailed instruction options, chose the easiest connection between the laptop and printer and WaLa!

The reason I purchased this printer was my old Epson all in one kept loosing wifi connection with my laptop that I take home with me at night

I have no issues losing the WiFi connection to my laptop for any print job.

Brother's ridiculous explanation was that my network must be really bad because the printer is making then losing the connection

The wireless connection was easy to set up and works great

So in the 5 minutes (at most) I had taken to walk to my computer, print a document and walk back to the printer it lost connection

It looses it connection to the network and have to use a computer to completely uninstall everything for the brother printer and then re-install and follow the initial instruction

and I have a fantastic connection to the outside world.

Sometimes it would loose connection without the laptop leaving the office

The only complaint I would have is that, sometimes when it goes into "deep sleep" power saving mode, it loses its connection to my home network.

prints great, wireless connection is a plus, scans and faxes easily with easy to use software.

I goes in deep mode sleep and also will lose connections and the computer will not recognized it

I have typically been able to solve this issue (came up every 2-3 weeks over the last year), but last week the connection was lost never to be found again.

Why would anyone want to buy a printer that loses WiFi connection once into sleep mode.

I don't turn it off, it loses the wifi connection constantly.

Fantastic!I had to use the enclosed to load the utilities for the scanner and all the rest of the utilities and to get an icon for the desktop
