I know, I know, this isn't a high end machine, it is an economical machine!

I call Brother customer service and after spending 20 mins on hold, the representative spends literally another 10 mins collecting my address and email address and creating an "account" only to tell me that this machine is incapable of printing some email formats

Unless you have a large 360 degree access to the printer, this involves turning the printer around to disengage the green levers, turning the machine back around to manipulate the envelopes for printing, turning the printer back around to disengage the levers to go back to regular printer mode.

A means in its accompanying software to adjust all the printer's settings from the computer screen could and should have been provided by the manufacturer, and would have made all the difference between a marginal machine at best and one that would have been quite good.

Great machine for the price

The imaging drum is even replaceable on this machine, so if you have it for a decade and wear down a drum, your can restore the machine to like-new printing by sliding in a new drum.

I've had this printer for a month and it is a great machine.
