The first unit had awful print quality.

Wireless printing from computer and smart devices has no delay, the machine responds quickly and I cannot get past how easy it is to use all the features.

The prints I have made so far are sharp and clear, and the scanner works well.

If you can get the printer to actually work the laser printing is very nice though.

Affordable printing and easy set up

After doing factory reset and reinstalling the driver, the printer is now printing okay on both sides, except for printing from websites (still messes up on second side of double-sided printing.

There is no quality to the print at all, most of the time they come out way too dark and unevenly printed.

Coming from a crappy old InkJet I find the printing to be pretty fast

If you think that the print quality will indicate the toner quality (as in most other brands) and the printer will continue to print, you will be disappointed when printer stops in the middle of some important printing.

For connecting our iPhones and iPad for wifi printing, I used Brother's free printing app "iPrint&Scan", was quick to install and it's easy to use, we can even print DropBox documents.
