Love it Brother make excellent products ths is my second Brothers printer other is still working after 5 years upgraded to this unit

I would recommend their products for anyone looking for a high volume black & white multi function unit.

I normally love Brother products but on this particular model, they FORCE you to replace the toner when it says it is low, when you CLEARLY have tons more printing that can be done from it.

Brother makes very good products based on our past experiences and this is no exception

While this product is easy to set up, is fast, and produces quality copies, my printer has what I consider to be a fatal flaw.

maintenance calls once our last maintenance issue was resolved just under two months ago, which is a fairly satisfying assurance that your product can be relied on to work and serve us adequately in the foreseeable future.
