The labels are hard to peel once they are out of the machine but that is true of all labels.

the labels look great, the upper and lower case look good.

It makes great labels but being the 'cost effective' model it has limited sizes, fonts, etc, available.

I am using the clear label with black print because I don't want the labels to be too prominent

You can override the message by just erasing the label and starting a new one, but it is a pain in the kiester.

The labels are awful to separate and run out quickly.

The Epson LabelWorks is a awesome label maker with all types of tapes offered (iron on, glow in the dark, etc..) but the cost of the basic tape is around $18 and the Brother M tapes are all under $10, costing around $7 to $9 from my searches

To my surprise, it works just as well as the larger office version and I've already labeled all my scouting records and personal files.

It took a few minutes and some fooling around to get familiar with it, but afer I printed a few labels using the largest type face, I was able to get some nice large labels for the file tabs in bold black print

A great label maker and my little sister loves it and uses it every day

It does a great job printing labels, but lacks some of the bells and whistles I have on a similar product at work.

Lets me set up the label but only sputters and moves the label out of the printer a fraction of an inch.

The instructions are clear and it prints a nice label that adheres well and is easy to read.
