Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing.

This thing is great, except it sucks the life out of batteries in just 10 minutes

only negative thing about this product is that it's easy enough that my 5 year old knows how to use it and has labeled enough stuff that I had to buy new tape for it

Don't believe those on Amazon who may rate this a 1, if they read the manual, then perhaps things would become clear to them

I haven't had to change mine yet since I cleaned the contacts, and I have been using this thing a LOT.Good luck and enjoy your labeler!
