I've purchased over 5 different brother printers in my life time and each one working great.
-
As usual this Brother All-In-One is great.
-
The printer worked just fine for a while, but then there was a software update that made it so that it was unable to read anything but "genuine" Brother ink, so the full ink cartridges I had in there previously are now useless
-
This Brother is a gem.
-
our second brother easy to use and set up
-
finally got rid of my Canon POS,, Brother is nice printer,,I LIKE the brother printer , easy setup , completely prints pages in 3-5 seconds after pushing print button.takes some getting used to menus and buttons , but it actually works and feeds unlike my cannon,I lie the individual Color cartridges as well, lets se how far the ink goes.
-
We are using authentic Brother ink (says Imobella) and the screen is not registering the magenta, cyan, and yellow cartridges as full
-
I blame Brother.
-
hopefully brother will honor product
-
The only reason I purchased this product was because my old Brother all in one printer was outstanding
-
The price for "genuine" Brother ink is outrageous at about $65 for a high-yield refill.
-
This was the newer version of an older Brother printer that worked well for over 4 years.
-
Always heard about how good Brother printers are and there's nothing wrong with the
-
this does the job nicely!I like the Brother
-
I recommended brother to him since I own one
-
Just a nice update Brother Printer, that I know will last me another 15 years~
-
We use it occasionally for light printing every now and then always with authentic Brother ink cartridges purchased from Amazon
-
I think brother is the best brand of printer and this printer doesn't disappoint
-
Well, after just 10 months of random usage, it will no longer recognize genuine Brother ink.
-
I do wish it had the capability to manually feed one sheet of paper, but that feature is available on the more expensive Brother printers, not this one
-
I had a similar brother printer that I loved
-
The Brother works just fine
-
I didn't mess with supplied CD, just uploaded latest software from the Brother site, which I recommend to get the latest version.
-
But if this printer is any indication of what Brother's printers are like, just steer clear
-
It replaces a Brother MFC that worked well for 10 years until it died a few weeks ago
-
For the price ($50.00) this printer has lot to offer but contrary to what the video and what Brother tech supports says, it has not rear manual slot
-
It only works w/genuine Brother ink, & it won’t work unless all the ink cartridges are full or engaged
-
Brother was recommended to me for its quality and customer support (previous HP unit broke quickly and customer support was horrible).
-
The Brother MFC-J491DW is easy to install and convenient to use wirelessly.
-
Brother's useless tech support only sent links to issues that do not even resemble the problem.
-
Ink is less expensive by about $45% (Brother brand carts) and the thing just works
-
I hd a hard time finding positive reviews for any inkjet, but I figured brother was about the most reputable
-
The unreliable Brother machine is at our local electronics recycling center and it's
-
This Brother all in one does everything better, faster, and cheaper!
-
I bought this to replace another Brother printer we liked very much
-
I highly recommend the Brother!
-
This brother is a bother.
-
Bought an expensive Brother all in one because I was sick of ink costs and was told the better quality the printer the cheaper the ink.
-
Easy to setup, good print quality, and even the Brother OEM ink seems reasonably priced
-
great.thank you Brother and thank you Amazon !!
-
Had issues with Brother Tech support system which left me unimpressed
-
Otherwise, so far, I am satisfied and would recommend the Brother with the one caveat
-
Overpriced Brother Ink.
-
It could not see the 3 different genuine Brother black ink cartrideges that I put in
-
This Brother was easy to set up and works great for printing and scanning.
-
Though this isn't surprising considering the cost of the unit, Brother would earn so much more respect by not stooping to this typical trick
-
Sorry Brother, print speed of ONE PAGE PER MINUTE will never cut it
-
is the useless "Brother Utilities" icon on my PC.
-
The low price is there because Brother knows they will kill you with ink costs
-
Brother sucks!
-
But Brother has started supporting Linux much better recently and this little printer, scanner (I don't use the fax) is a jewel
-
The only drawback is that Windows doesn't recognize the capabilities of this scanner, so you need to install the proprietary Brother iPrint&Scan software
-
I had a Brother printer I loved, and it worked great for years!
-
I replaced the yellow cartridge (genuine Brother, cheaper at Staples than Amazon).
-
Touch screen not as logical as my previous Brother printer
-
Never again will I trust brother as a brand.
-
I replaced the yellow cartridge (genuine Brother, cheaper at Staples than Amazon).
-
Brother was just the best of the worst...and they
-
no issues as Brother is such a dependable brand with warranty and all!
-
This Brother is so much better!
-
I have set up other printers with ease and I don't understand why Brother hasn't made the process more un-tech user friendly.
-
Thank you Brother for such an amazing product and forgive me for leaving you for what I had perceived to be greener pastures
-
Brother printer we easy to connect to WIFI and when connected download updates automatically
-
I had 2 previous Brother printers that I loved and lasted for years
-
I've been a loyal Brother printer customer and this little printer does not disappoint
-
However if, like me, you mostly print B&W you should look to different manufacturers.
-
n’t believe how good of a value this is
-
Small prinjust love this t on features
