Printer keeps getting paper jams

I bought this printer after returning 2 canons that had paper jams constantly.

Past Brother printers have been touchy to get access to the rear for clear paper jams.

Currently I am having an intermittent paper jam that just does not want to clear

Just watch out for paper jams

WE HAD ISSUES OF DROPING FROM THE INTERNET, PAPER JAM ,AFTER PAPER JAM.

Easy to use printer but loves to say there is a paper jam when there is not one.

About 50 – 60 percent of the time it shows a paper jam even when only 1 page prints and it exits perfectly, yet shows a paper jam

Every few pages it indicates a paper jam even though there is none or it says it's low on paper with plenty of paper left in tray

However, this new printer, which cost double what my other printer cost, is constantly hanging up with messages that it is "cleaning" and then it stops and gives a message there is a paper jam

Got hung up on "paper jam" and will not reset when all steps are finished, Cannot reset machine.

Most frustrating is an error that is telling me I have a paper jam or mechanical problem.

this printer is garbage. upon opening and plugging it in, the printer says there is a paper jam error

If you want to print more than one page, be prepared to block out an hour of time for paper jams.

Paper jams when trying to print on both sides, otherwise prints are quick, and beautiful quality!

I had a paper jam and it literally shredded the paper.

If your tray goes as low as 25 - 30 paper sheets, you will start getting paper jams or printer will not be able to retrieve paper from the tray

The ink is still half full (or half empty if your a pessimist) lol, .No paper jams or other problems!

Was going back to Brother from my HP which I have used for the last four years without even a paper jam.

Loving it as I did with my 2013 model.
