    • Tech support has been fin when you can get through, but the printer continues to not work for one reason or another
    • Tech support thus far has been useless.
    • Tech support, after a very long wait in queue, was helpful in explaining how to adjust color print quality
    • and I have not used tech support for this printer yet
    • and the tech guy had no clue bad tech support.... why include this cd rom if not working with windows 10 ????????????
