When integrating with the Howard Leights the sound is perfect in 1 ear, minimal in the other

Instead of purchasing the cheap $5 Baofeng mics (I made this mistake as the audio quality for transmission is horrid), I finally picked up one of these and then purchased another one since it was such good sounding audio for the price.
